About Me
You might be wondering a little bit about the jargon and culture of Mary Kay, as we have quite a different way of doing business than most are used to experiencing. I would love to share with you a little bit about our culture and why we do what we do, specific to our Company, but more specific to our AllStar Unit.

We named our Unit Ashley's "AllStars" because our Consultants have always represented excellence in our actions, our thoughts, and our speech. Philippians 4:8 says "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."

We have decided to support Mary Kay's dress code and our AllStar suggested attire is a skirt or dress and heels to all Mary Kay functions and events. Mary Kay said with a giggle and splash of a serious note, "A skirt can cover a multitude of sins."

AllStars choose to take advantage of each avenue of training that the company provides. The first step after New Consultant training is that most Consultants attend 4 meetings in a row before they ever miss one, in order to become a master of the skills needed for a New Consultant. We have seen a 63% higher income for those who choose to stay plugged in to our Success events. That is exciting! Operating systems - we have the unitnet site (link below) that gives you most all of the information you will need to know about how we operate; it includes a calendar of events, how to invite guests to events, what to bring, as well as recognition.
Henry Ford said, "Those who never make mistakes work for those of us who do." Mary Kay taught us to "fail forward". So each opportunity is a chance to have a great experience in your business or a learning experience. I am so excited to give you a chance to learn from my mistakes, coach you through your trials, and cheer you through your triumphs as you grow a thriving business!


My name is Ashley and I am the proud leader of the AllStar Unit. My mom believed in the Mary Kay opportunity and in me when she told me that I could start my business or become her customer when I turned 18. Until that point, I had always picked out my products from her, my Beauty Consultant, for free. It was the most perfect encouragement she could have given me. My first 48 faces, I sold about 3 products. That was actually the best thing that could have happened to me. We learn best by failing forward. In the next season of my business, I learned how to master new skills, how to love on people, and all about this awesome product! My passion is debt-freedom and I love teaching women how to use their Mary Kay earning to pay off debt and fund their dreams.
A few accolades:

Ashley started MK 1999 at the age of 18 and her Unit earned their first car, the Grand Am, in November 2002.

She became a Director in March 2003 and her Unit finished Fabulous Fifties, the same month her mom was nominated Miss Go-Give for the company.

Ashley graduated from Oklahoma State University in May of 2003.

The Clinesmith Unit was named part of the Honor Society after 1st full year of being a unit, and were part of the prestigious Circle of Achievement in our first year --- $350,000 Unit Club. They have been in Unit clubs every year since.

Ashley and her Unit have earned 7 MK Cars, 3 of those the prestigious Pink Cadillac!

Personally, Ashley has been in Kerry's Area Courts of Sales and Sharing every year, being #1 in sales multiple times. She has been in the company Court of Sales 8 times. She has taken diamond rings, a fancy camcorder, the cash prize for a shopping spree for her husband (2 times), and an Ipad!

In 2007, she completed Triple Star!! It is her personal goal for this Seminar year.

Ashley has been a Star Consultant 54 times!

The Clinesmith Unit goal is to grow to 200 Unit members, have 3 offspring Sales Directors, 13 4-Quarter Stars, and challenges each Consultant to see 3 more faces per week this Seminar year.

We desire to take 100 people with us to the Dave Ramsey show in 2017 to scream “We are Debt-Free” on his financial radio show.
